Traci is one of the most energetic, kind people I know. Working with her is quite like getting your battery charged. I've taught classes organised by her and been a guest at her readings. In terms of the classes, she worked with me to find material that would resonate with her audience. Each time I've felt that she hyped the crowd and set the groundwork for it to be a success. She once packed a reading at Burley Fisher that she’d organized during her first time in London without knowing anyone!”

Traci has a skill for finding the right audience for each book and truly understanding what we as authors set out to do. She is an extraordinary and passionate advocate for the writers she works with.

I’ve worked with Traci on everything from my book launch to developing workshops, and she is the most organised and on-the-ball person I know.

"Traci first invited me to read at the second anniversary of her fiction reading series, Literally Speaking, for which she hosted a truly magical experience. She is a warm, dynamic, and erudite presence on the Berlin literary scene. I love that she champions emerging and marginalized voices. She's a great editor too."

You couldn’t ask for a better advocate for your work. I’ve collaborated with Traci as an author on my book launch and as a teacher for her weekend workshop series

for The Reader

. I’ve enjoyed her curatorial eye as an event attendee and workshop participant as well. From author care to thinking on her feet, she is flawless, calm under pressure, and creative both in her event production and problem-solving. Her taste is impeccable. She regularly showcases writers who are on the verge of breaking through. No matter the genre, the voices of the writers she programs are fresh and their perspectives strong. Traci is a passionate reader with wide-ranging taste, inclusive by nature and by conviction.

Traci organised an amazing Berlin launch for The Water Cure. The odds were stacked against us as I was a debut author based in London with no presence in Berlin, we had little budget, and I didn't even have a German publisher at that point...however so many people turned up that we had people watching from the street, and the venue sold out of books! She went above and beyond to create a truly memorable and successful evening. She is incredibly driven, brilliant, a tireless champion of writers, and has the most amazing ability to make international literary magic happen - she somehow knows exactly how to make events and connections just work. I'm so grateful for everyone I've met through her and the opportunities (such as teaching in Berlin) I owe to her.

“Traci organised my Berlin book launch, hosted by Naomi Munaweera, on a lovely warm summer's evening in a beautiful, intimate venue, packed with a highly knowledgeable and diverse crowd. With excellent connections across the US, Berlin and UK, she has created a huge, thriving English language literary scene in Berlin, with dozens of genuinely high quality writers. Traci has an extraordinary ability to bring people together and to make things happen.”
